David Skatoff has spent most of his career as a financial advisor with market leading firms. He was a founding member and officer of Greenhill’s financial restructuring franchise and an officer of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. Notable advisory clients have included Adelphia Communications Corp., American Commercial Lines, AmericaWest Airlines, AmeriServe Food Distribution, Inc., AMF Bowling, Inc., AMR Corp., Centennial Healthcare Corp., Compucare, Conecel, Consolidated Hydro, Delta Air Lines, Fajar Surya Wisesa, Genicom, Marconi plc, Mechala Jamaica Limited, Muvico, Outboard Marine Corp., People’s Choice TV Corp., RBX Corp., Reliance Insurance Group, Shape Global Technology, Sterling Chemicals Group, US Office Products, Zeta Consumer Products, and Ziff Davis Media, among others. Mr. Skatoff has a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia.
